You can travel back to the Italian Renaissance in ultra-sharp 4K resolution. From 18 to 31 March the cinemas “Tsentalnyi” and “Falcon Club Cinema Boutique” will show the documentary “Raphael. Kind Genius”, which will reveal the life of a great artist as an independent work of art. On March 20, at the cinema “Tsentralnyi”, the film can be watched and discussed with Marianna Sukhovey, lecturer of educational projects, master of art history, author and host of a podcast about women in art.

The documentary promises viewers an inspiring journey through the world of Raphael: from Perugia, where he was a student of the great Perugino, to Florence, where he communicated with Da Vinci and Michelangelo, from Rome to St. Petersburg, where several masterpieces of the “prince of the arts” are kept in the Hermitage. The focus is on the paintings and the life of the Italian artist, which deserves special attention and study not only by art theorists, but also by all devotees of beauty.

The immersion in the world of art will continue: from April 1, the picture “Tintoretto and the New Venice” will be released in Minsk. It contains a new look at the life and work of the great Italian artist, whose works amaze even modern art critics with their visionary power. Details about the screenings will appear later.

The film distribution in Minsk is organized by Visual and Performing Arts Centre “ART Corporation”.
