Several hours ago it became known that the Visual and Performing Arts Centre ART Corporation is being liquidated. The respective decision was adopted by the Minsk City Executive Committee. We don’t know the details and reasons for this decision. Moreover, for now we haven’t received any warning or formal notice, so we can’t comment on this decision and our subsequent actions.
Over the course of 11 years of our work, ART Corporation has modified the cultural space of Belarus, introduced viewers to the best examples of world cinema and theater and provided support to Belarusian directors and artists. Our work has always proceeded exclusively within legal boundaries.
Our cultural and educational activities have always been transparent and covered by numerous members of the media. We developed our projects in active partnership with educational institutions, businesses, government institutions and most importantly – with the support of our beloved audience.
Our loyal, engaged audience is our engine. We appreciated the warmth and support that you have shown us more than once in the past and the one we feel now. We would be grateful if you continue to spread the information about us on social media.
