For the first time in Belarusian cinemas – a restored version of the film “Basic Instinct” directed by Paul Verhoeven!

The restoration was made from the original negative under the direction of the director himself and includes the restoration of scenes that were removed for censorship reasons for distribution in the United States.

The film premiered in 1992 at the opening of the Cannes Film Festival and, almost 30 years later, remains a bold and groundbreaking film that defined the genre of erotic thriller.
